By using Biteslog, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Biteslog is a free meal planning tool. We provide nutrition calculations based on established formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor), but we are not medical professionals. Consult a doctor or registered dietitian for medical nutrition advice.
Accounts
You may create an account using Google sign-in or email link. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. One person, one account.
Your content
You own your meal plans, dishes, and nutrition data. By publishing a plan as a spread, you grant other users the right to view and fork it. You can unpublish at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use Biteslog to share harmful dietary advice, impersonate healthcare professionals, or upload offensive content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Disclaimer
Biteslog is provided "as is". Nutrition calculations are estimates based on the data you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated meal plans or nutrition estimates.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
